The items I've bought since the last refresh are restocked, but other than that the selection of items remains exactly the same. It's not affected by the number of points in Daring Adventurer, either. All the traders are affected, not just one or two.My only problem is the twitch spawning (the place is built enough to handle the normally spawned zombies).
