I have used VV n310 and n320 in both 9mm and 45. 310 is a bit too fast for my liking. It makes great bullseye 45 loads with a cast 185 or 200 SWC. If your goal is just a good plinking round then you can use the same powder , powder charge and bullet in both the 9mm and the 357 sig. Heck I have found several powders that you can use the same powder and powder charge with 40 sw 180 and 9mm 124's.
