The damper torque specs are 110 ft-lbs and then the pulley to the damper torques is 35 ft-lbs. The belt tensioner and idler pulley can both be torqued down to 20 ft-lbs. When installing be sure they both turn smoothly and if they do not then replace them with new ones as the bearings can go bad.
