Currently pcsx2 lacks an internal framerate counter. (ppsspp, dolphin they have that) When you have a game which runs @30fps you have to do two things to get to a playable 60fps status. 1. You have to disable the 30fps framelimit. and. 2a. If the game does not tie timings to the framerate, you are good to go. 2b.

All I've got so far is the game CRC.I think there's an option in PCSX2 to lower the emulated clock speed of the PS2 CPU, and lowering that can cause the game to fallback on its own lag handling, which in some cases could result at the game locking at a lower framerate. I'd play around with stuff like cycle stealing and whatnot to see if it gives the desired effect.

Running perfectly so far, currently going through the whole game to verify. My GPU is the bottleneck keeping me from increasing the internal resolution. Last I checked the best i could get to perfect emulation there were still vertical lines underwater, but the new half pixel offset option fixes it. I haven't tested this game for a long time (for over 3 years), but I think I still won't be able to play this at reasonable framerates, it's just too much of a performance hog.
