If you are on PC, just get a better set of pedals. Wheel isn't out, we don't know when it will be released and what it will actually be like, so no one can answer you. If the T248 is anything like the T150, then itās not an upgrade.

Also upgrade your pedals first, look for something with a loadcell like fanatec Clubsport, Fanatec CSL (maybe Elite) or Thrustmaster TLCM. Those would be more important to upgrade than your wheel if you don't drift. If you would drift a lot I would say a wheel upgrade is a lot more important coming from a G29. So: 1. Speaking for the wheel, the G29 has gears which you can feel. The belt driven wheel (t150) is the better choice. I own a thrustmaster t300 for three years now and had no issues about reliability. The thrustmaster shifter (th8a) is way better than the logitech. But you can always connect a thrustmaster shifter without a thrustmaster wheel.

I found the pedals on the T300RS GT to be a huge upgrade too- especially compared to the T150/TMX pedals (Iāve owned all 3). Thrustmaster TMX Pro vs Logitech G29/G920 Question ... I have not seen many particularly impressive mods for the T150/TMX.
