That's the thing, I know this is VERY late, and, kinda necroing a dead post, BUT, the Mechanical Bosses NO LONGER drop Hallowed Bars in any way, it's a change made by the devs of the Calamity mod, and, I'm having the same problem, the Hallowed Ore is NOT spawning, despite the game saying "The hallow has been blessed with consecrated stone!"

This is the first ore i have had this type of trouble with. Hey, just a tip, Perennial Slimes should be able to spawn if Plantera has been defeated. I'd suggest clearing out a large area underground and popping a zerg potion to get them to spawn and farm them for the ore if you're having issues finding deposits.
