What are your preferred healing items, from started to end game? I think the healing/numbing wraps are best because you get 3 per craft and don't have to add on alchemical base farming just to heal. If you're playing Exiled Lands, you can farm the boss at King's Niche (SW of Highlands) for 40+ Infused Wraps per run.

Resurgence is kinda meh, fast healer is much better especially in combo with Glutton. For the last perk, Glutton for Punishment is probably the best perk in the game for a defensive fighter. I haven't played around with Last Stand tbf but I doubt I'd perfer it over glutton, I rarely get below half health anyways while using Glutton.
