If Powershell doesn't run properly through Wine you can install the Unlocker manually. Use Unlocker v2 since it's both better and easier to install manually. First step is to copy the correct version.dll file. In the Unlocker folder you will find one for Origin and another for EA Desktop. You use Origin so copy the one for Origin.

Then, once you get the DLC files downloaded, check and remove the DLC's you already have into a separate folder, just in case. It might take a day or two to download all the DLC files, but it'll be worth it, and I urge, URGE you to follow the instructions on Anadius's windows or mac installation.
