With 9k hours in eu4 and 500 in vic3 I can definitely say that eu4 is the more complex game with a higher skill ceiling, while the skill floor for eu4 is lower. The playthrough will obviously be cut short by the fact that there won't be an EU4-Vic3 converter on the release date of Vic3, but this will still ease my thirst to play something interesting, and I will have a savefile ready for the moment the converter gets coded.
