Hard reset litter-robot 3.

Hi , I have bought my litter robot 5 months ago . Yesterday it started to blink the blue light but the drawer was completely empty so I pressed reset and it was ok . Today same thing happened but when i presed the reset buton ,the cycling indicator started to rapidly blink. I checked on your forum for help and did a full sensor clean up I tried to reset but couldn't.
