DebAK. I am 38 weeks pregnant today, 4 cm dilated, and 60% effaced. I am wondering what I should do to get this baby coming during daytime hours. My 2nd child came in the middle of the night and way too quickly, and I have alot of anxiety about going into labor in the middle of the night and having to deliver the baby at home.
