Got my Lyriq in March. Set up the Cadillac Unlimited Charging plan, and could not get a single EVGo Station to work. Other EVs had the same problem. Went to ChargePoint, activated with the EVgo App and it was charged against my credit card, not the Cadillac plan. I called and spoke with 2 different rep’s and finally emailed their support.
