Santier's Spear is easily my favorite weapon in the game. Warped sword isn't most damage but amazing moveset and high dps. Good for dex build. Giant warriors club deals most damage of strenght weapons (there might be better damage but bad moveset) Hexes are faith spells and can deal 4k damage but it's using your souls.Vanquisher's seal, surprisingly good damage, not much stat investment needed to use it, but stats still needed if you want better damage. 200 base ar +75%str and 25%dex. Drakeblood Greatsword. Mace of the Insolent. Heide Knight Sword. Heide Knight Spear. Heide Knight Lance. Dragonslayer's Crescent Axe. Weapon of choice for speed runners. Battle Axe / Bandit Axe until you find something "better" with a moveset you like. 1H axe has an amazing running attack, running attack-->R2, and an amazing R2/R2 combo. The Uchigatana is very light and has low requirements, buffed you can defend yourself in melee pretty well without having to put many points in dex/strength.

The Gyrm Axe is both the slowest and hardest hitting. The Bandit Axe has no reach and is good in spite of this. I don't care for the moveset of most of the hammers but they're all fine.
