To put a practical face to it, I'm waiting for a mod like Convergence or Cinders. That's why I said it depends on the kind of mod, what it changes and the tools available, Acended mod is an overhaul mod, Reforged mod is also an overhaul mod, all the tools are available, there is nothing to be "overly cautious" about. It's an incredible mod. And if I remember correctly, reforged is very harsh about taking suggestions and any criticism, so that's not really a good litmus test.
