Don’t overthink this, surge charge price on Uber is insane and you’re not gonna get there any faster than the shuttle. Last year our group split up at our hotel as we were leaving. 4 of us got to edc hour and a half before our other group. So yeah, generally uber is quicker.
Premier has always been a little more chill for shuttles. It's for sure the way to go. But for your specific scenario it shouldn't be a problem. The departure times are more of a means to not overload the buses at any given time. But there are always some running during the peak travel times.
