Did truelearn CE and COMAT questions = 85%. After that I did Comquest CE and COMAT Questions = 92% (100th percentile for reference) and then on the COMAT there were probably 40 ish where I had to guess (30ish percent) whereas on truelearn I guessed on like 2-4 per block of 20 and comquest I guessed like 5-10 times total.

It definitely prepares you for the question style of the comat. If your trying to get a top score I’d say you probably need to supplement in an additional qbank or use more resources. But for strictly having a strong base OME+ comquest you can pass the exams 100%. How did your comquest correlate to the actual score?

Lots of guideline based questions like what age to do colonoscopy and stuff. FM was a bit easier and it was more outpatient based. FM is a lot of screening and preventative care (know vaccines, age of screening, etc) but it definitely helps to have IM before. That’s the order of rotations I had and it helped out a ton. I haven't taken the FM COMAT yet but I did pretty well on the IM COMAT (110).
