Kenworth t680 bunk heater not working.

When I turn the bunk heater on it blows cold air, no smoke seems to be coming out of the exhaust for the bunk heater. I tried turning it off, and back on a couple of times didn't work. I think the problem might be the fuse or just resetting the bunk heater, although can't find the switch (got older version).I am going to be ordering a new T680 and was originally going to get a Thermo King APU installed but I was wondering if anyone has a truck with the kenworth factory installed battery apu.? If so do you like it and how does it compare to a diesel powered apu? Is that all it provides, is heat/air to the sleeper? I am not sure if you got this resolved or not but, I can tell you that in my 2010 lone star, I have to turn on my front blower at least on minimum to get the bunk blower to work.
