The same pattern is repeated on the rower, with 5 rounds of 2 minutes of rowing followed by medicine ball exercises.

I am one to modify a lot of the exercises because I have a lot of bone and joint issues. So, I come here for early intel to see if I can actually do the workout. The only reason why I would cancel is if the workout would be too difficult for my body to handle. I really do appreciate the early intel from our future friends because of this.
