I've called customer service and they have told me that I am below the min. weight requirement and it will not work for me. I am 5'0" and weigh 102lbs.This is very different though. Almost all treadmills have a rear guard to prevent things getting sucked underneath in the back. This is industry standard for safety, and the ones that don't have very thin rollers that don't grab things.
