ParticularAd3002. •. Installed the Swampfox Sentinel, Always On, Green Dot, on my Mete SFX. Used the plate that has the raised lip on the front and back. Excellent fit. Also used the M4 x 0.7 x 10.1MM screws that come with the optic. The thread engagement was okay but I ordered the kit that has the longer 14mm screws for insurance.

I run a bunch of the dots from them, Sentinel and a couple Justice 27’s. They give a generous veteran discount and they’re typically in stock.

It should then immediately turn back on when it senses movement. If you cannot see the illumination in true darkness after movement, there are two possibilities: (1) your brightness is not high enough, or (2) your optic is not functioning properly.

Swampfox sent a second Sentinel II out for me to take a look at and RMA’d the first unit, but side-by-side, the fish-eye effect is identical. While it isn’t a significant problem, it is noticeable and worse at shorter distances. Outside of about 7 yards, it's less noticeable and doesn't get in the way. Once I got over it, shooting was good.
