So far: 1) Compressor spins, is not frozen. It does engage when the ac button is pressed. 2) Fuses OK, relay's OK. 3) Diagnostic mode, nothing special. The low-pressure side (blue) was high and it was actually bouncing back and forth on the high side. It didn't stick to one value, but was jumping between values.
