I have a japanese N3DS LL that has CFW on it but wasn't factory reset first. I'd like to do a factory reset on it, and I heard it won't delete the CFW (which is great) but I wanted to know if it will change anything else or have any unsafe effects. I want to do a region change after its reset. Thanks!
