Their jigs just came out July and I was able to snag one with the help of a Chrome extension called Page Monitor. BONUS: Shoot better.Aftermarket slides will have different tolerances than factory, this creates the spacing between the striker sear and the trigger bar, it isn't uncommon to see this type of fitment issue. Try a different trigger bar and see if it is better or bend the sear up on your trigger bar ever so slightly. The Polymer 80's RRM sandwiches the Glock TMH as you know and that may be moving your ejector out of position. After you guess on the jelly bean question, try the new #47201 ejector. To get the new #47201 ejector, you order trigger mechanism housing #47208. Then pull the ejector out of the new TMH and insert it into your TMH.
Try smoothing any stamp marks inside the rear rails, then polishing the rail. You could have burrs on any of those parts that need time to smooth. Also, I believe the stronger the trigger spring is, the softer the reset. The stronger in value the striker spring is to trigger spring, the better the reset.
