Don't farm it. It's basically impossible to do it in a reasonable time. There are 10 potential weapons. You'll need 50 runs on average to get enough to harmonizer them all. If you're fairly good and do it in 20 minutes, that means 1000 minutes, or north of 16 hours of grinding. And of course, that's average drop rate.

Higher tiers on the Chosen or Splicer umbral focusing will be limited to that season's weapons (or armor). Surrounded is just a crap perk, it only gets any press on ikelos because its the only damage perk but it's pretty damn inconsistent and awkward to proc. Demolitionist is miles better. Put Voltshot on it and hold down the trigger. Shuro Chi checkpoint in the last wish raid is the quickest way to do it, but I just run the Exodus lost sector in the cosmodrome for ease of use. Voltshot doesn't count as weapon kill. The lvl 1 feeding frenzy+frenzy roll is pretty solid to level it up.
If you're actively hunting these weapons due to reading that they are Meta this is outdated information. While both of them are decent there are better options (IKELOS is great, warmind cells were nerfed / Gnawing Hunger is nothing special at all at the moment, decent void adaptive AR).
