The magic zwei would be far superior because you can actually slap a good weapon art on it. The only way to make the darkmoon sword buff art work is use the offhand crossbow glitch to shoot frost enchanted bolts. You shouldn't have skipped it in DS3. Have a SL60 at Anor Londo and it's a lot of fun.Personally I like wing of astel far better than moonveil. Free ranged attacks on heavies and a weapon art that can sunblock a lot of bosses.
