Jul 31, 2012 · #1 · Jul 31, 2012 (Edited) I have a white label Fisher 4 port isolation module that I believe is for a Ford or Dodge, numbers on it are F26400, W26305, and 26134. This came in a used complete set I purchased for my '95 Chevy and obviously doesn't work for my application! This is for a 3 plug setup.
Connect the plug‐in harness connector "B" to module port B and connector "C" to port C. Connect the 4‐position connector from the middle of the vehicle control harness to the matching 4‐position connector from the plug‐in harness. Locate the OEM supplied blunt cut wires from the vehicle. In 2002, Western and Fisher moved away from the relay wiring and switched to the isolation module wiring. This is when the 4-port module was introduced. Somewhere around 2009, they updated the modules to the smaller 3-port module. Why 3-port? Wired everything up and had no port 3, driver side high or low, (could plug into 4 and seemed ok) also no plow lights. I even bought another 26400 thinking it could have got damaged somehow. Second, the wiring does not come with the module so you will have to order it separately.The 4 Port module and wiring seems to be easier to find used and would prefer to go that route. When using an isolation module rather than relay setup, I see the truck-side wiring can either be 3 plug or 2 plug (e.g. the plugs that connect over to the plow-side).
