Purchased an item on ebay for $500, seller shipped it but did not insure the package. The package was marked as 'picked up at post office' by the USPS, 3 days before the estimated delivery date. The USPS has investigated and declared it as lost item, but since the seller didn't insure it I can't file a claim with USPS.
