To fix this, you have to clear the cosmetic slot on all pieces of gear in your inventory for that armor slot. If all your chest are stuck with one cosmetic, then you clear the cosmetic slot for every piece of chest armor you have in your inventory.

I think I played summit like 5 times with backpack targeted before it dropped. And i believe it dropped from a random AI or lieutenant ironically.

Memento is not working in open world either since Season 11 release. Ninja backpack with belstone is no good. The regen is not working with the Ninja. These 2 backpacks not working is a game changer. Hope we don't wait till 17.2 update before a fix is done.
