A trailing stop-loss will move the exit (stop-loss) of the trade to $0.20 below the most recent high. (If the trader had shorted the stock instead of buying it, the exit would be $0.20 above the most recent low.) If the stock price rises from $54.25 to $54.35, the stop-loss would automatically move up from $54.05 to $54.15.

I use this strategy for trading heavily oversold/overbought events on high IV stocks. I sell options vice buying them because my strategy profits of the following mechanics: 1) underlying moving away from my strikes; 2) IV decaying after the OS/OB event; 3) a little bit of theta decay (depends on DTE).
You can't hold 0 DTEs all day. The theta will eat your premium even if the underlying price eventually comes back to when you purchased the options. 0 DTE is better used for scalping. And if you say you don't have time to train (ie paper trade or only buy 1 contract) then you will probably keep losing money.
