I have the old style slide, so no rear sight, as it came off with the plate. I have Holosun RDS' on both the 365 and 365XL, but use normal height sights - partly because I'm worried the same thing would happen (blocking RDS sight picture due to tall iron sights). Apr 4, 2018 · Finally received my Holosun eps carry that I ordered back in August. I tried to mount it on my Sig P365 X Macro and none of the three screws Holosun provided worked. This is the second optic from Holosun that the screws provide didn’t work. The first was an eps. I’m now in search for a place that can provide me with the correct screws.

The older eps carry mrs didn't come with the shorter screws and you needed the extra plate to take up the rest of the threads, hence the 3rd party screws. Holosun has since caught on apparently and is adding the additional screws.
