The 460's are good but are hit or miss, I've seen reliable ones and I've seen ones constantly broke down. The only new MP I've had experience with is the MP7 and it was full of electrical problems. The 3216 will definitely keep the vehicle from doing the regen. Check the vehicle for face plugging by removing the exhaust pipe at the DPF and at the SCR. Make sure the screens are not plugged up for they can cause this code to show. Otherwise, check the turbo to make sure it isn't slinging oil into the exhaust.
