My advice: try using TheTVApp on Silk/TVBro until things are fixed (with a VPN).

Because of it's super lightweight design, thetvapp.to gave a new lease on life for obsolete devices, like old iPads running on iOS 9. Cloudfare effectively cripples such devices.
