Frankly, I think a Saiyan Viltrumite Hybrid might be so monumentally OP that even both empires would fear that offspring. I mean, gaining power from almost death is a trait shared by both of them, as is "Slow as heck aging", combining the Viltrumite healing with Saiyan's innate ki manipulation would make the ultimate super being.
