Sometimes it doesn't cut all the way through because of inconsistent wood. Then will increase speed to 750 mm/m and run again still at 100%. For a recent piece that was really involved and didn't cut very well, flipped over and used print & cut, increased speed to 750 & 100%. That worked pretty good.

Yeah, it is possible to cut CAST acrylic with a low power, diode laser. I have engraved clear, and engraved and cut black, orange and green acrylic with my 20W (5.5 actual watts of optical output power) Ortur laser.
