Aug 21, 2020 · If you can, take the first seat (preferably on the left side of the train) for going up Mt. Washington. In general, grab a seat on the left side of the train when going up, as you get better views of the surrounding mountains on that side. Takes less than an hour up, and you get 1 hour to explore the summit.
