Jul 6, 2019 · Which Orbi model is this, and which password? My RBR50 and RBS50 sync the passwords automatically (i.e. the WiFi login password and the Orbi administrative password). There is no password option on the satellite because the router controls both. If the satellite is "stuck", I would do a factory reset on the satellite and resync it to the router.
After you upgraded to v.16, did you reboot all the Orbi devices or just apply the update? As Last resort, I would do a full factory erase on the router and satellites, then setup the router and just 1 satellite from scratch. Run the router and just 1 satellite for time being and see if the problem continues.
