Solution: Remove the mod, obviously. Script extender covers everything you'd normally need for most mods to run Second: New games. Since patch 5, new games with any mods installed but without mod fixer seems to result in the naked-men-in-space glitch. Script extender on its own doesn't seem to stop this from happening (as of V11).
