The service manager said the next time it happens, they will just replace the remote. You should have received 3 keys. My 2015 Premium has 2 keys with the remote and a valet key.

You'd be surprised how much crap is going to be down there. Spilled coffee and sodas draw dirt and the muck makes switches stick.
