You got 145 questions so you were almost there! You finished school last month so the material should be fresh in your mind. I recommend SimpleNursing- the way they presented info and catchy sayings helped me while taking the NCLEX. Maybe try to find a NCLEX prep course.So this is my second time taking the NCLEX, and did 145 questions both times. Hi everyone!!! I just took my NCLEX on Monday and I can officially say I'm a registered nurse!!! I took the exam and got 145 questions so it is possible! I used UWorld and my question bank was 100% complete with 50% correct. I also did the self assessments and got boarder line on the first and high on the second.

I notice a trend in the exam for those who finish at 145. Personally, I had a lot of infection control, OB, therapeutic communication, prioritization, delegation and leadership.
