Have to drive 30 miles to get a COVID Booster and even then no appointments for 50 days. The Doctor choices are terrible and almost non-existent, plus service levels are bad. Forget Member Services, no help at all. Avoid Kaiser unless you are young, healthy, don't care about your specific doctor, and broke. I have Kaiser now and hate it. And I have the "good" Kaiser insurance that kind of covers stuff -- the cheaper plans are borderline useless. Going to any sort of specialist is incredibly difficult and the copays (even in-network) are really high.
