Jul 11, 2019 · I am at #300's ( in fact 150's because many did opt out of the Masaryk Towers Lottery list)..been on it since Jan 2014. going on the 9th year of waiting.. I called the office at the beginning of the year and they said that they were up to #72. CMJ is CMJ Music Marathon, five days with hundreds of music showcases - mostly indie bands. Most of the venues were either on the LES between Houston and Delancey, or in Williamsburg. Shame I wasn't already living in Masaryk, many of the places were only 5-10 minutes walk from there, and Williamsburg five minutes by subway.At the end of the day, I thank Masaryk Towers for the gate closing. Credit check is for everyone that works. Because even though they ate not head they are still bringing income into the houshold. My building is HPD lottery as well but rental not coop and they check everyones credit.
