Coming into the Elden Ring PvP build 2023, the best choice of weapon is going to be Morgott's Cursed Sword. There was no reason to use a bigger weapon over a smaller one before the 1.09 update, but the recent patch made big weapons better, and the speed, range, recovery time, and guard counter speed of Curved Greatsword weapons have increased.Unpopular opinion: I think Morgott’s Cursed Sword is the best weapon in the game.
