I'm proud to announce our first 60 FPS youtube video (and possibly the first 60 FPS Kingdom Hearts 2 video on the internet), after 60 FPS videos got enabled a couple of days ago. The gameplay has been recorded with the 60 FPS patch from our forum members and at 6x native resolution.
I see 60 FPS codes everywhere but PCSX2 only has FPS counter for output framerate, not internal framerate. To analyze we can use three free open-source programs. OBS , trdrop and kdenlive. To use trdrop, we need raw video footage. Wanted to play Dr Muto again and looked for a 60 fps code and found it was a little broken. Spent a good number of hours using pcsx2's debugger trying to fix it and failing miserably before finding the acceleration code. It occurs randomly after every 4 or 5 minutes. Both games run at 60 fps full speed with no frame drops between but only during this problem the frame drops to 40 and then jumps back to 60. I've noticed this same problem in other games as well where they run stable with no lag.
