I got picked up for POC-ERP FY20. It’s a transition but as long as you play the game it’s fine. Remember this is AFROTC and not AD. You don’t know everything so be open to learning. You only have to play for 2 years max. It’s a great program because you’re guaranteed a spot at field training which is a requirement for commissioning.

POC-ERP is not specific to Embry Riddle. It is a program, much like ASCP/SOAR, that allows you to separate in order to pursue your bachelors.
