If you have an XCI, it will always be the base game without an update. Because you're on CFW and can't go online, it won't start the updating when putting the 'cart' in for the first time, so you must install it yourself. Yes, I’m downloading 4 compressed files, do I extract them all at the same time in a single folder? I selected all four, right clicked, and then had Winrar extract them and it worked out fine. I ended up with 1 nsp file. As long as you have all parts in the same folder, you only need to extract the first part, the extractor will do the rest.
