We have had yearly accurate statements regarding our payments and the overall amount owing. We wanted to reassure people that we have always felt secure with this building society.

I've never written a review before but feel I should warn people about this shambolic organisation. Absolute horrendous. We're an existing customer looking to downsize (half our current mortgage). We have never missed a payment and downsizing puts us at 60% LTV. We stayed with YBS to reduce the redemption penalty.
