I use Redline MT-85. It is GL-4 rated, fully synthetic and OEM viscosity of 75w/85. Redline MT-90 is similar except it is a 75w/90.There are two listed, normal and extreme, under normal service GM recommends (at least from my 2012 manual) 97,500 automatic transmission fluid change. I however think the extreme conditions service interval is more appropriate, 45,000miles.
