The files that would need replacing would be in Meshes\actors\NydaliFollower\body. In the body folder replace femalebody_0.nif & femalebody_1.nif. Basically UNP Female Body Renewal has loose files.You might want to look at either Diversity, Foxy Skyrim or Total Character Makeover. Other than those you'll only find mods that change certain NPCs but are not as extensive as WICO or those mentioned above.
