Maybe you should change your mouse deadzone. If you have a joystick or game-controller hooked up to your computer, either disconnect them or disable them. Since SWBF2 is joystick compatible, it may be detecting one of those I/O devices and it's getting spurious or conflicting input from it. I have the issue with Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds.
