There is a difference between using the 'override official difficulty', and setting difficulty without the 'override official difficulty' setting. If you use the 'override official difficulty' setting then it is in incriments of 30. So if you have it set to level 5 with OverrideOfficialDifficulty setting to True, your max dinos should be 150.
